1. Definitions
* “Company”, “We”, “Us”, “PCX”, Pro Clean Xtreme refers to PCX Commercial Cleaning Ltd.
* “Client”, “Customer”, “You” refers to the person or business purchasing services.
* “Services” means any cleaning, maintenance, or related work provided by the Company.
* “Agreement” means these Terms & Conditions together with any quotation, proposal, work order, or invoice issued by the Company.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging our services, accepting a quotation, or allowing work to commence, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
3. Quotations & Pricing
3.1. All quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
3.2. Prices are based on the information provided by the Client at the time of quotation. Additional work, unforeseen conditions, or changes in scope may incur extra costs.
3.3. All pricing is exclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise.
3.4. We reserve the right to revise quotations where necessary; the Client will be notified in advance.
4. Booking & Scheduling
4.1. Service dates are agreed subject to availability.
4.2. The Company reserves the right to reschedule in cases of adverse weather, equipment failure, or circumstances beyond our control.
4.3. Any required access, utilities, or permissions must be provided by the Client.
5. Payment Terms
5.1. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date.
5.2. Late payments may incur:
* Statutory Late Payment Interest: 8% above the Bank of England base rate
* Reasonable recovery costs as permitted by the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act
5.3. Deposits may be required for larger projects or new Clients.
5.4. The Company reserves the right to suspend work for non-payment.
6. Client Responsibilities
The Client must ensure:
* Safe and adequate access to the work area.
* Removal or securing of fragile items, valuables, or sensitive equipment.
* Access to electricity and water as required.
* Clear communication of any hazards, risks, or special instructions.
The Company cannot be held liable for loss arising from failure to meet these conditions.
7. Our Responsibilities & Service Quality
7.1. All work will be carried out with reasonable skill, care, and professionalism.
7.2. PCX operates under safe, responsible cleaning methods and industry best practices.
7.3. Where applicable, before-and-after photographs may be taken for work documentation.
8. Damage & Liability
8.1. The Company takes all reasonable care when providing Services.
8.2. We cannot accept liability for:
* Pre-existing damage or deterioration
* Items already compromised due to age or wear
* Damage caused by incorrect installation or structural weakness
* Weather-related damage before/after cleaning
8.3. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
8.4. The Company’s liability shall not exceed the value of the Service provided.
9. Cancellations & Postponements
9.1. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled date.
9.2. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a charge of up to 50% of the quoted value.
9.3. If we arrive on-site and cannot access the property, the full fee may be chargeable.
10. Warranties & Guarantees
10.1. PCX does not provide guarantees against the reappearance of mould, algae, moss, or weather-related growths, as these are natural environmental processes.
10.2. Pressure washing, soft washing, and roof cleaning carry inherent risks; the Client acknowledges that results vary depending on age and condition.
11. Complaints Procedure
Complaints should be made in writing to info@pcxcommercialcleaning.co.uk within 24–48 hours of the service.
We will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
12. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for delays or failure caused by events outside our control, including extreme weather, accidents, equipment malfunction, illness, or supply chain disruption.
13. Termination
Either party may terminate the Agreement in writing if the other party materially breaches these Terms and fails to remedy within 14 days of notice.
14. Data Protection
All personal information is handled according to GDPR standards.
We do not sell, share, or disclose Client data to third parties except where necessary to provide the Service.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England & Wales.
